Walk-In Try Wheel

Ever wondered what clay feels like spinning under your hands? This is your 15 minutes to find out. Sit at a real potter's wheel and feel the clay move beneath your fingers.

Subject to availability. Try Wheel runs on a free wheel only, when no workshop is in session. Walk in and ask — if a wheel is open, you are on it. We cannot reserve it in advance and it is not bookable ahead.

Please note: this is an experience, not a class. There is no instruction and no step-by-step teaching — it is simply a hands-on chance to feel what throwing on the wheel is like. If you would like to properly learn to throw, book one of our wheel workshops instead.

Two ways to do it:

• Try Only — 15 minutes on the wheel to feel the clay; we reclaim it afterwards (80 QAR).
• Try & Buy — love what you made? We trim it, apply clear glaze, fire and finish your piece so you can take it home (180 QAR).

Drop by during studio hours — first come, first served, wheel permitting.

Collection: if you choose Try & Buy, your piece is ready for collection a minimum of 2 weeks later.
