Terms & Conditions – Daily & Weekly Studio Access

• Access Hours: Studio access is limited to regular operating hours. It’s always best to contact us in advance before planning your visit, as availability may vary during ladies wheel workshops, private bookings or special events.
• Tool Use: Visitors must use all studio tools and equipment with care. Any damage or loss may result in additional charges.
• Storage: Work created during access must be completed within the access period. Storage for unfinished pieces beyond your pass duration is not available.
• Creative Pass Use: Clay included in the Creative Pass must be used during the access period. Unused clay is non-refundable and cannot be saved for later use.
• Firing Schedule: Pieces will be fired within the studio’s regular schedule. Rush or priority firing is not available for daily or weekly pass holders.
• Instructor Support: Access does not include instruction or supervision. Guests requiring guidance are encouraged to register for a workshop.
• Clean-Up: All guests must clean their work area and return tools before leaving.
• Non-transferable: Access passes are for personal use only and may not be shared or transferred.
• No Refunds: Payments for access are final and cannot be paused, refunded, or extended once booked.
• Clay Usage Policy: Clay is for personal use only and cannot be shared.

• ساعات العمل: يقتصر الدخول على أوقات العمل الرسمية.
• استخدام الأدوات: يجب استخدام الأدوات بعناية، وأي تلف قد يؤدي إلى رسوم إضافية.
• التخزين: لا يُتاح تخزين القطع بعد انتهاء فترة الدخول.
• الطين في الدخول الإبداعي: يجب استخدامه خلال نفس اليوم أو الأسبوع، ولا يمكن ترحيله.
• الحرق: يتم الحرق ضمن جدول الاستوديو المعتاد، ولا يوجد خيار لحرق مستعجل.
• لا يشمل تعليم: لمساعدة أو توجيه، يُرجى التسجيل في ورشة عمل.
• تنظيف المكان: يجب تنظيف المساحة وإعادة الأدوات قبل المغادرة.
• الاستخدام شخصي: التصريح غير قابل للتحويل.
• لا استرجاع: جميع المشتريات نهائية وغير قابلة للإرجاع أو التجميد.
• سياسة استخدام الطين: الطين مخصص للاستخدام الشخصي فقط ولا يمكن مشاركته بين العملاء.
