Body 0371 is Goerg & Schneider's dramatic dark clay — firing from a soft light grey at lower temperatures to deep anthracite and near-black at higher temps. The colour shift is predictable and stunning, giving potters full control over the final tone by adjusting firing temperature. Works beautifully under both matte and shiny glazes, and creates striking contrast when left partially unglazed.
